What if the climate crisis rewrote the classics?
For the 2023 Turin Book Fair, Iren transformed ten literary classics into Climate Change Masterpieces: AI-generated covers showed how the climate crisis could change familiar stories. To explore the idea further, the first chapter of each book was rewritten, creating the first collection transformed by global warming.
I worked on the concept and developed the full cover system, shaping prompts and directing the images together with Melissa Longa and Celeste Lamboglia. I also worked on the campaign film and the case study film.
During the stand activation, I generated new covers live from titles suggested by visitors.
Results: 220,000 Book Fair visitors, 10,000 books distributed, +20% sustainability-report downloads, +25% landing-page traffic and the 2023 Areté Award for Corporate Communication.
